What We Do

13-05-25: Welcome to our MANO Intranet!

As some of you may have heard, there are exciting plans underway to improve the technology we use at the MANO Project to ensure our interns and fellows maintain an engaged comunidad during their internship and fellowship experiences.

On November 17th, we roll out our MANO Intranet and will share the link to the log-in page with all current MANO interns. Your log-in credentials are the same that you would use to log in and submit a blog. To ensure the adoption of the intranet goes smoothly, Nina Marti and her team will be reaching out over the next year with updates, and to solicit your vital feedback. Your input will assist our overall goal of bringing ease and accessibility to your everyday networking needs within the MANO comunidad. Join us with your gracious feedback as we work out the kinks in this exciting new project!

A similar version of this message will be distributed via email to all current MANO interns for the launch of the intranet.

The intranet includes:

1. Important Announcements
2. Message Board (Latino Conservation Week Chat, Latino Advocacy Week Chat, Our Heritage, Our Planet Film Festival Chat, Regional Chats, Agency Chats, and Professional Development Chat)
3. Job Board and Assistance Forum
4. Agency Resources
5. Downloadable Intern Handbook and other HR resources and direct links
6. Internship/Fellowship FAQs for success
7. Calendar of Events

Now go ahead and peek around our Intranet. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact Nina Marti at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Your feedback is important. We're all looking for comunidad together!

We look forward to seeing how the benefits of the intranet increase the much needed networking and engagement of our MANO community!

Sincerely,

The MANO Project and Communications team
