The MANO Project bridges the gap between education and employment, empowering college students and young professionals to navigate the complexities of today’s dynamic job market. The MANO Project team discovers talented individuals and places them in roles that provide hands-on experience, skill development, and career growth opportunities. Since the program's inception, the MANO Project has connected more than 800 young professionals to paid internships and fellowships.
“This contribution from JUNTOS is especially meaningful because it represents the Latino community’s propensity toward generosity and solidarity,” said Nina Marti, Director of the MANO Project program. “By paying it forward, ensuring the next generation of professionals has access to career and socioeconomic development, Sunbelt is investing in the largest and fastest growing labor force today.”
