Natalia Soler

STEM Associate

Natalia Soler is the STEM Associate at Hispanic Access Foundation, where they support the planning and coordination of STEM-focused programs that increase access to education, mentoring, and workforce pathways. They bring a background in community organizing, program coordination, and event production, with experience supporting community-centered initiatives and cross-sector partnerships.

Natalia is deeply committed to advancing equity in STEM and creating inclusive spaces that support early-career learners and historically underserved communities. They are excited to contribute to the organization's mission through thoughtful, community-informed program support. Outside of work, they are a creative producer, musician, and DJ who values cultural storytelling and collective joy; building spaces where people feel supported and empowered.

Why she works for Hispanic Access…

"I strongly align with the vision and values the organization has and the impact of the orgs work. The STEM program in particular plays a key role in supporting youth who have interest and potential but lack access to support systems that help guide them forward. Providing support, exposure, and opportunity at an early stage can make a meaningful difference and can create long-term impact."

In her spare time…

“I love to play instruments and sing or throw some beats down and make everyone on the dancefloor have an unforgettable night. I also love spending time with my dog Kaleidoscope, my closest friends, and chosen family.”

Her favorite book…

“One of my favorite go-to books is inward by yung pueblo, it has many small poems that are empowering and just beautiful to read. Whenever I need to just take a breather I open up the book and read where it lands and it puts a smile on my face.”

A person she finds inspirational…

“My sister is a big inspiration to me. She has worked hard to get herself through dental school. Always supporting the family and her community. She has a kind soul and spirit that I truly admire.”
