Hispanic Access is delighted to announce the transition of Juan Rosas from Conservation Program Associate to Por La Creación Faith-Based Alliance Network Manager. With a community service career spanning several years, he has not only founded and directed multiple nonprofits in Southern California, but he has been highly successful working with faith leaders to advocate for the protection of public lands.

“I am deeply committed to the life-changing work Hispanic Access is doing to help countless Latinos," said Rosas. “I believe in our mission of connecting Latinos with partners and opportunities to improve lives and create an equitable society. It’s an honor to work and be part of an organization that invests in the next generation of Latinos.”

In his new role as Por la Creación Network Manager, Rosas will continue to advance the mission of Hispanic Access Foundation, particularly focusing on partnerships with churches and developing collaboration opportunities with Latino faith leaders. Through education, engagement, and advocacy, he will strive to leave a lasting legacy for future generations, ensuring the preservation of our nation’s public lands and natural resources.

“Juan is a dedicated advocate and community leader,” said Maite Arce, president and CEO of Hispanic Access. “Through his tireless efforts, he has worked to secure funding and increase awareness surrounding vital issues like housing, healthcare, education, air quality and public lands conservation; he is a great asset to the organization.”

Rosas has a strong commitment to advocating for Latino communities. His passion for conservation and community engagement has led him to collaborate with various organizations and governmental bodies, including serving as a member of the Partnership Coordinating Committee for the California Natural Resource Agency.
