Michelle Ramos Osegueda

Originally from Puerto Rico, Michelle grew up in South Florida. Her outdoor adventures began in the wetlands of the Everglades, hiking, camping, and wading through swamps! She has a passion for youth development through the outdoors and has spent many of her summers as an outdoor educator and counselor for sleep away camps. Then she decided to go on a new adventure! Trading mangroves and beaches for the mountains and beautiful alpine meadows here in the Sierras. She has 5 years under her belt as a recreation coordinator and backpacking guide in Yosemite National Park. When she's not hiking in the woods Michelle enjoys painting, learning about plants and animals, climbing, cooking, and reading. She is very excited to be part of the Mano Project team and is eager to grow and learn throughout this experience!
