LHIP Registration

Thank you for your interest in applying for a position with the Latino Heritage Internship Program (LHIP). The LHIP program is administered in partnership between the National Park Service, Hispanic Access Foundation, and Environment for the Americas. This program aims to provide a developmental educational experience in cultural resource careers through substantive assignments at National Park Service sites. On this page you can apply for LHIP positions managed by Hispanic Access Foundation. For additional positions, please also see: http://www.latinoheritageintern.com/

The majority of the internships are 10 weeks long -- with our Direct Hiring Authority positions lasting 11 weeks -- and will begin between mid-May and early June 2018. There may be some flexibility with dates depending on student and site schedules. Interns will be overseen by Hispanic Access Foundation, a national nonprofit organization based in Washington, DC and will be placed directly in National Park Service.
